Furthermore, neither the Company nor its providers make representations or warranties regarding: (i) Service operational availability or included information/content/materials/products; (ii) uninterrupted or error-free Service operation; (iii) accuracy, reliability, or currency of Service-provided information/content; (iv) Service, server, content, or Company-sent electronic communications being free from viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs, or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions restrict certain warranty exclusions or consumer statutory right limitations, potentially rendering some above exclusions and limitations inapplicable. In such cases, these exclusions and limitations shall apply to the maximum legally enforceable extent.
